What's New — August 10, 2026

This release is centered on a major expansion of payments and billing. Store Credit, partial refunds, discount coupons, and a dedicated tax page are all now available, covering most of the payment scenarios schools run into day to day. Alongside those, we've added credit-based memberships, two-way texting, kiosk improvements, and more.

Add and manage Store Credit on a student's account, then apply it at checkout. Useful for handling refunds as credit or managing prepaid balances.

You're no longer limited to refunding the full amount — refund any portion of a payment.

Create and manage your own discount coupons. Members can apply them to membership purchases, event registrations, and testing registrations.

Review and edit invoices scheduled for autopay before they run. You can also collect payment for as many future installments as you'd like, up front.

Create an invoice and collect payment without setting up a student account first. Pay on the spot at the time you create the invoice, or share a payment link.

Generate a PDF of a member's total invoiced amount for any date range, right from the member detail page. Handy when parents ask for payment records during tax season.

A new tax page has been added under the Payments menu.

Sell memberships by number of classes, not just by term length. You can also set both a term and a class count, so the membership ends on whichever runs out first.

Prorate the initial payment when enrolling a member. Useful if you'd like every member's billing date aligned to the 1st of the month.

A new option lets you pause a membership without pushing out its end date.

A recurring schedule can now hold more than one class time on the same day of the week. If you run a Tuesday 9:00 AM class and a Tuesday 4:00 PM class, both can live in a single recurring schedule instead of two.

Mark any date on your calendar as closed.

Set a start date and an end date for a recurring schedule — helpful for classes that begin later in the season or wrap up on a set date.

You can now text back and forth with parents.

Send and receive photos in live chat.

Evaluations were previously numeric only. You can now grade with letter grades or set up whatever evaluation format works for your school.

Add a registration fee to any event.

Hide individual kiosk menu items or rename their titles.

Switch between cameras when scanning QR codes, with a scan confirmation sound. USB scanners now play a scan sound as well.

In the Leads section on your home screen, leads that already have a trial scheduled now show those appointment details directly.

Choose legal size paper when printing agreements.

Member list exports now include which tips were awarded and when.

This release also includes a wide range of smaller fixes and refinements across the platform — too many to list individually here. If something feels smoother than it used to, that's probably one of them.
