How to Change a Student’s Rank System

If you need to change a student’s rank system in NextKick, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Open the Student’s Profile

  1. From the left sidebar, go to Accounts → Profiles.

  2. Search for and select the student whose rank system you want to change.

Step 2: Navigate to the Rank Tab

  1. On the student’s profile page, click the Rank tab.

  2. Click the Change Rank button.

Step 3: Add a New Rank System

  1. Click the blue Add button.

  2. Select the new rank system you want to assign to the student.

  3. Add the new rank system to the student’s profile.

Step 4: Remove the Previous Rank

  1. Once the new rank system has been added, locate the student’s previous rank.

  2. Remove the previous rank to complete the change.

Important Note

Make sure to add the new rank system before removing the existing rank to ensure a smooth transition.

Once completed, the student’s profile will reflect the newly assigned rank system.
