Step 1: Update the Student’s Email Address at the Previous Location
To keep the student’s existing profile without causing an email duplication issue:
Log in to the previous school location in NextKick.
Navigate to Accounts → Profiles.
Search for and select the student you want to register at another location.
Edit the student’s email address by adding a symbol or other characters to make it unique.
Save the changes.
Example:
Original Email:
[email protected]Modified Email:
[email protected]
This allows you to keep the student’s existing profile and records at the previous location while freeing up their original email address for registration at the new location.
Important: The modified email address is intended only to preserve the student’s existing records. It should not be used for student login or communication.
Step 2: Register the Student at the New Location
Once the email address has been updated at the previous location:
Log in to the new school location in NextKick.
Navigate to Accounts → Profiles.
Click Add New Member.
Enter the student’s information.
Use the student’s original email address when creating the new profile.
Complete the registration.
The student can now be registered at the new location using their original email address.
Important Notes
Please keep the following in mind:
Student records are not automatically transferred. The student will have a separate profile at the new location.
Memberships and invoices will not transfer. Any existing memberships, invoices, or payment records will remain associated with the previous location.
Previous records will be preserved. The student’s existing profile and history will remain available at the previous location.
Memberships must be set up separately. If the student needs an active membership at the new location, it must be added to their new profile.
