Quick answer
NextKick doesn't currently support merging or combining two accounts into one. If a student or family ends up with a duplicate account, keep one profile and delete the duplicate.
If you have duplicate accounts
Accounts can't be merged, including by NextKick support. Each account keeps its own memberships, payments and attendance history. Instead:
Choose the profile to keep, usually the one with the active membership and saved payment method.
Check that the duplicate doesn't have payments or attendance you need to keep.
Delete the duplicate profile.
If both profiles have history you need, or you're not sure which to keep, contact NextKick support through the chat icon at the bottom right of NextKick or at [email protected].
How to avoid duplicate accounts
Search before adding: use the search bar at the top of NextKick to look up the person by name, email, phone or member ID before creating a new account.
Check intake form sign-ups: if a family already registered through your intake form, find that account instead of adding them again manually.
