How to Request Changes to Your NextKick Website

Send website change requests to the NextKick team, see what you can change and what to include, and find leads from your website.

Written by Ben Ryoo

If NextKick built your school's website with our FrontKick website service, our team makes changes to it for you. This guide shows what you can ask us to change, what to send, and how leads from your website reach NextKick.

Before you start

  • This guide is for school websites that NextKick builds and maintains through FrontKick.

  • To point your website's trial or sign-up button at a NextKick form, create the form first. See How to Create a Sign-up Form.

Step 1: Decide what to change

These are the changes schools ask for most often, and what to send us for each one.

Change

What to send

Class schedule

A picture of your schedule, or a list of classes with their days and times

Photos, such as the main banner or your About or Our story page

The new photos, and which photos they replace

Instructor profiles

The photo and text for each instructor you want to add or update

Trial offer and pricing text

The exact wording. For example, change "Free Trial" to "Get Started", or show "30 Day Trial $79".

Promotion popup

The text and any image for the popup

New gallery page

The photos for the page

Location, address or age ranges

The new details, exactly as they should appear

Trial or sign-up button

The link of the NextKick form the button should open (see Step 2)

Wording for SMS (10DLC) registration on your privacy policy or terms page

The exact text the review asks for. We paste it exactly as you send it.

Step 2: Get your form's link for trial and sign-up buttons

Your website's trial or sign-up button can open one of your NextKick forms, so new families sign up straight into NextKick. To get the form's link:

  1. Go to Marketing Tools → Forms and open the form.

  2. Click Share.

  3. Click Copy Link.

  4. Paste the link into your request, and tell us which button it's for, such as "Free Trial" or "Sign Up".

Tip: If you edit the form later, its link stays the same, so your website button keeps working.

Step 3: Send your request

Email your request to [email protected]. You can also message us through live chat in NextKick. Include:

  • Your school name, and which location if you have more than one.

  • What to change, and where on the website, such as the page name.

  • Any new text, written exactly as it should appear.

  • Photos as attachments, or a link to a shared folder.

Important: Never send passwords for your domain, hosting or website accounts by text or email. If a change needs access to your domain, ask us how to share it safely.

Step 4: Find leads from your website

When someone leaves their details on your website, they come into NextKick with the Frontkick Lead status. To find them:

  • Home dashboard: on the Leads card, click the filter icon and choose Frontkick Lead.

  • Accounts → Profiles: under Status, choose Frontkick Lead.

Families who sign up through a NextKick trial form linked from your website start as On Trial instead. See Member Statuses, Explained.

Tip: To follow up with website leads automatically, use the Website Lead Submitted automation in Marketing Tools → Automations. See How to Set Up Automations.

FAQ

How long does a change take?

It depends on the change. We'll let you know when your website is updated.

What can you change on my website?

Common changes include your class schedule, photos, instructor profiles, offer and pricing text, popups, new pages such as a gallery, your address and age ranges, and where your buttons link. See Step 1 for what to send.

Can I edit my website myself?

Changes to your FrontKick website are made by the NextKick team. Send us your request, and we'll update the site for you.

Do leads from my website go into NextKick?

Yes. They come in with the Frontkick Lead status, and you'll see them on the Leads card of your Home dashboard. See How to Manage Leads and Trial Students.

Our SMS registration needs specific wording on our website. Can you add it?

Yes. Send us the exact text the review asks for, and tell us which page it goes on, such as your privacy policy or terms. We paste it exactly as you send it. See How to Set Up Two-Way SMS in NextKick.
